Welcome to East to West Yoga
East to West Yoga and Pilates is both a studio and school, and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. We offer teacher training programs across Canada. Our home base is located in the West End of Toronto, Ontario, Canada at 1446 Bloor St. W. For studio information click the studio tab above.
Our teacher training programming focuses on: integrating ancient wisdom and modern science in the practice of hatha and vinyasa yoga and following the work of Joseph Pilates with our classically based pilates mat program.

Graduates of any of our teacher training programs are given a student account user name and pass word to access our members only area of the site where job postings are listed along with other useful benefits available only to graduates; including group insurance. Many of our courses are accredited for professional continuing education (CEC's, CEU's, etc.). If not, we offer documentation for petitioning with your certification organization and we meet the standard requirements.
