GROUP INSURANCE offered to Certified Instructors
(individual and studio/home studio rates available).

Coverage:
Commercial General Liability $2,000,000. Group Insurance Policy starts August 1. You can sign up for this program at any time, but it expires July 31st of each year. The cost will not be pro-rated.

Premium:
(1) Public Facility (freelance)
$125 Flat Rate plus $25 fee plus 13% HST = $169.50
(2) Private Studio (facility owned/rented by you - including your Home)
$300 plus $25 fee plus 13% HST = $367.25

Liability for Injury to Participants
Voluntary Medical Payments $1,000 (Third Party)
Blanket Tenants Legal Liability $250,000
Incidental Medical Malpractice
Advertisers Liability
$500 Bodily Injury/Property Damage/Legal Fees deductible

Eligibility:
This program is designed only for those who have obtained Certification (successfully completed the appropriate Part II) through East to West Yoga, Inc.
